Saw Operator
Experience: No experience required
Qualification: Run a saw to cut I beam, tube, angle, and any other raw material needed for projects. Responsible for accurately measuring and cutting materials to the length specified per saw list.
- Basic math & able to read a tape measure
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Keep an accurate inventory of saw materials
Powder Coater
Experience: Wet paint or previous powder coating experience is preferred
Qualification: Operating our powder coating line efficiently and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsible for cleaning, hanging, coating, and baking parts.
- Ability to read a print and find paint/color callouts
- Dependable
- Detail oriented
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
Fabricator
Experience: 2 Years of welding experience
Qualification: Welding projects together accurately by reading prints. Responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and following the daily schedule.
- Ability to read prints and build off of it
- Dependable
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Take ownership of the projects
Robotic Welder Operator
Experience: No experience required
Qualification: Load parts into a jig and unload the welded product ensuring to inspect each piece for defects or missing welds. Responsible for keeping the robot functioning in good order by troubleshooting issues that may arise.

- Keep up with production rate
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Use a rubber mallet
Laser Operator
Experience: 1 Year of laser cutting knowledge preferred, forklift certified
Qualification: Responsible for all aspects of our lasers including maintenance, troubleshooting issues, loading and unloading sheet metal on the lasers, accurately reading nests to run parts on the correct thickness of sheet metal, pick parts out of sheets after they have been cut, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Pressbrake Operator
Experience: 1 Year of press brake experience preferred, knowledge of cnc machine maintenance
Qualification: Programing the press brakes to form parts per specifications provided in a print. Responsible for changing dies out on the press brake, accurately forming parts to the correct measurements, and keeping up with production rates.

Wet Paint Technician
Experience: knowledge of painting using a pressure pot preferred, quality experience preferred
Qualification: Coats all parts using wet paint. Responsible for ensuring area is clean and safe by replacing air filters and wearing personal protective equipment, cleaning out pressure pot daily, following a daily schedule, and meeting production rates.

- Works well independently
Assembly Technician
Experience: No experience required
Qualification: Assembles projects by reading a print and using fasteners, power tools, and basic math. Responsibilities include meeting production rate to ensure products ship to our customers on time, quality checking projects for last minute touchups, packaging parts for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
